Distance way off

At first the distance was close but always different measurement one way verses the other (I run straight down the road and back). It was about 2 tenth of a mile off on a 3.2 mile run (measured both with my car and Google Maps)

Now it says Im only running a little over 1.5 miles on the same run (I have it set to use Cellular and GPS)

When it was .2 miles off no biggy buy now its less than functional.
