Cannot adjust the training schedule
I wanted to get an app that would help me run 5k and I thought this would be great after trying it for the first (free) run. However, after I bought the app, I realized that I didnt like the training schedule and theres so way to adjust the schedule. I want to run up to a 10min run/1 min walk but the app forces you to run continuous and the ramp up is too fast. The first week is okay because it tells you to do 1 min run/2 min walk for 3 days. But subsequent weeks, it tells you to do continuous running adding 1 minute EVERYDAY (3 days a week) until you get to 30min continuous by the end of Week 8 This app is now useless to me. Had I known, I would not have bought it. I want a refund!!
